JOB PROFILE:

Recruitment:

  • Devise and execute creative recruitment strategies aiding the pace of growth pace while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Identify and source talent for current open roles
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively source and recruit talent; develop talent pool proactively in line with business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Head hunting

Training & Development:

  • Identifying training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers
  • Developing effective induction program’s and preparing training materials
  • Designing training calendars
  • Overseeing the delivery of training and development programmes
  • Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers

Performance Management

  • Implement performance management system and policies in order to achieve company objectives

Employee Relations and Statutory Compliance

  • Maintain cordial relationship with all, evaluate and maintain grievance redressal mechanisms in the organization, ensure adherence to statutory acts and agreements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 06-10 years’ experience.
  • Strongcommunication skills – Ability to speak, read and write Bengali will be an added advantage.
  • Right attitude and temperament.
  • Exposure to an ERP is preferred.
  • Experience from the following sectors is preferred: Healthcare/Hospitals / Diagnostics, Pharma, FMCG / Consumer durables, Retail, Telecom, Financial services (Retail Banking/ Insurance) and other similar B2C sectors.
  • Education: Graduation must, Post-graduation preferred.
