Who has access to my profile? Will it get shared with anyone outside Vito? |
A. |
Your profile is accessible only to recruiters from Vito. Unlike most jobsites, the information of candidates who register with Vito is not sold to anyone as part of a database. Your information is strictly for the use of recruiters at Vito who try and match your profile with the opportunities they hold. The only time this information is shared is when you have evinced interest in a job opportunity and permit us to discuss your profile with our client who has offered that opportunity. |

What should I do if I have forgotten my password or username? |
A. |
We request you never to create another profile in case you have forgotten your login details. If you have forgotten your password then just fill in your email id (the one you used as username) in the Password help form and new password will be generated and mailed to your email account. In case you have forgotten the email id you had used for registration then just give us a call and we would be glad to help you out. |

Cant I just upload my resume and not fill the entire form? |

The minimum that you need to fill is your personal details. Copy paste your resume and upload the same. The rest of the details can be filled in at a later date. But we request you to fill in all the information in the registration form as it helps in bringing the right set of opportunities in front of you. |

Don’t I need to submit a cover letter? |

Our clients do not need cover letters. The information you fill in the registration form along with your resume are sufficient. Hence we request you to put all pertinent information in your resume and profile. |

When I show interest in a position, will my profile automatically be shared with the prospective employer? |
A. |
No. Vito is not a website where prospective employers can solicit interest in job opportunities for candidates. Vito is an executive search firm and hence the candidates who have shown interest in the opportunity are then evaluated by Vito recruiters. Recruiters then select the profiles that best match the requirements of the vacancy. Recruiters speak atleast once with the shortlisted candidates before the profiles are sent to the prospective employer for review. |

Why aren’t the employer names disclosed in the job description? |

Vito services its clients by screening and delivering relevant resumes to them for every vacancy they have. By disclosing the name of the employer, candidates may directly send their profiles to employers which would lead to a lot of irrelevant resumes reaching the employer and would increase its workload. |

Yes. All of our listed positions are open, active mandates. |

Yes, you can call up in our Office and depending on your background and interest area, you will be directed to a relevant recruiter with whom you can discuss job opportunities. |

No, Vito does not place candidates for summer jobs either at the undergrad or graduate levels |

Vito generally does not place candidates who have just finished their MBA, unless they have prior work experience. For being on the radar of a Vito recruiter, a candidate should have at least one year of experience |
